If this sounds like you, we have a great podcast episode for you today.

Topics we'll cover:

  • Keshia's international education journey and how she built a career in higher education capacity building, especially with regard to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion

  • Deepening approaches to diversity in our field to go beyond the access-driven approach and the current PR-driven support statements about diversity and inclusion

  • How to think about and enact more equity, especially cultural and racial equity, in the field of international education
